The area is generally defined by Port Washington Road to the west, Humboldt Boulevard to the east, Auer Avenue to the south, and Hope Street to the north, within the city limits of Milwaukee.

We can provide grant money to share in the cost of developing a concept design.
We can provide grant money to improve building facades.
We can provide grant money to help you make your business more safe and secure.
We can facilitate a
safety assessment of your building.
We fund a cleanup program within the BID boundary, focused on the removal of litter, graffiti, and illegal dumping.
Depending on the circumstances, we can provide some financial relief for incidents of break-ins.
